This is the interface for my not that far from finished Matrix Trilogy website. Someday you might see it finished but for now putting these images up here will have to do.

This background image took me a while to get done, and it's actually the first proper website image I made. Welcome To The Real World was the first proper website I made, mainly because of my love for the movies I decided I had to make a website for them rather than anything else. I was never really satisfied with how it looked and I'm not sure if I am now, but when I look back at it I can never think of anything to do to it. I kept going back and making changes to it when I first made it but I can't think of any to do now. I'm not sure if I want to change it though. This site marked the start of what I hope will become my computing career. It was something that I want to remember, my first proper go at making a website. I am actually quite proud of it.

The image itself is rather simple. I just marked out a shape in Photoshop, filled it with lime green, made a border by blending a green, white and another green stroke together, then did some lighting effects within the border. The buttons were made exactly the same way, just with a different shape. The banner at the top was added as a much later addition, until I did it the top just had the 'Matrix' text in it. The banner was made by taking some images from the movie and blending them together, then putting my self made Matrix logo over the top, simple. I decided to colour the whole thing green because the movie was filmed with a green filter so it's probably the colour most associated with the movies.
